Echo Binder provides educational and cultural services related to English pub culture, including but not limited to:

  • Historical pub tours and experiences

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when registering or subscribing

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

For tours and events:

  • Bookings must be made in advance through our official channels
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled event receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event receive a 50% refund
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds
  • We reserve the right to cancel events due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings

5. Age Requirements

Many of our services involve visits to licensed premises. Participants must be:

  • 18 years or older for alcohol-focused tours and tastings
  • Accompanied by an adult if under 18 for general cultural tours
  • Able to provide valid identification when requested

6. Safety and Conduct

For the safety and enjoyment of all participants:

  • Follow all instructions provided by Echo Binder staff and guides
  • Consume alcohol responsibly during tours and events
  • Inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or mobility requirements
  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from events without refund

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Echo Binder and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
  • Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
  • Copy or republish our educational materials for commercial use

8. Limitation of Liability

Echo Binder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or pandemics.

10. Photography and Media

By participating in our tours and events, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included in our marketing materials, please inform our staff at the beginning of the event.

12. Governing Law
